Do I have to do the self care?
Energy work is a lot on your system. Moving, releasing, and transmuting large amounts of energy is similar to running a marathon. It can drain you. The self care makes this process easier on your system.
I don't know what I want. Can you still help me?
Yes! Sometimes it's easier to start with what you don't want. Clearing that space allows what you want to be known to you.

Which is better for me, recorded or live sessions?
They're both great options. Most clients start with the recorded option and do the live sessions once they have a more defined version of the results they want. Go with the one that speaks to you and works with your budget.
