Andrea Richie LLC reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking at its discretion. If I cancel a Service before it has been provided, you may choose either a full refund or to reschedule at no additional cost.
Payment
Unless otherwise stated, payment in full is required before any individual session, digital product, workshop, event, or other Service is provided.
Certain Services may offer an approved payment plan. By selecting a payment plan, you agree to pay all scheduled installments according to the payment schedule presented at checkout.
Failure to complete all required payments may result in the suspension or termination of access to Services, including future appointments, digital products, recordings, online content, or other purchased materials until your account is brought current.
Andrea Richie LLC reserves the right to use third-party payment processors to securely process transactions. Payment information is handled directly by those providers and is not stored by Andrea Richie LLC.
Digital Products
Due to the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales of Digital Products are final.
Digital Products include, but are not limited to, downloadable resources, PDFs, workbooks, recordings, courses, guides, templates, educational materials, audio content, video content, digital experiences, and any other electronically delivered content.
No refunds, exchanges, or credits are provided for Digital Products unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Private Sessions
You may cancel a scheduled private session according to the following policy:
More than 72 hours before your scheduled appointment You are eligible for a full refund or may choose to reschedule your appointment.
Between 24 and 72 hours before your scheduled appointment You are eligible for a 50% refund or may choose to reschedule your appointment.
Less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment No refunds will be issued. However, one complimentary reschedule may be granted if you notify Andrea Richie LLC before your scheduled appointment time.
Andrea Richie LLC reserves the right to determine appointment availability for all rescheduled sessions.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice ("no-show") will result in forfeiture of the session and no refund will be provided.
Repeated cancellations, no-shows, or excessive rescheduling may result in Andrea Richie LLC declining future bookings.
VIP Programs & Multi-Month Services VIP experiences and other multi-month Services are designed as a complete experience.
If you choose to discontinue participation before your program has ended, you may request a refund for any fully unused future month(s).
Once a program month has begun, that month's fee is considered earned and is non-refundable, regardless of the number of sessions completed during that month.
If a payment plan becomes delinquent, Andrea Richie LLC may suspend access to any digital products, recorded programs, trainings, or other digital materials included with the purchase until the account is brought current.
Any bonuses, recordings, digital resources, or materials already delivered remain subject to the Digital Product policy outlined above.
Payment Plans By enrolling in a payment plan, you are committing to complete the agreed-upon payments for the Service you purchased.
Missed or declined payments may result in:
Suspension of future appointments
Suspension of access to digital content
Suspension of access to recordings or program materials
Loss of access to member-only resources
Cancellation of future Services until payment obligations have been satisfied

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
If you choose to cancel a scheduled session:
-72 hours or more before your scheduled appointment: You may request either a full refund or reschedule your session.
-24 to 72 hours before your appointment: You may request a 50% refund or reschedule your session one time.
-Less than 24 hours before your appointment: Refunds are not available. You may reschedule your appointment one time, subject to availability.
If a rescheduled appointment is missed, canceled, or changed again, the session is considered forfeited and no refund or additional reschedule will be provided.
Andrea Richie LLC reserves the right to determine appointment availability for all rescheduled sessions.
4. No-Shows
If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered completed. No refund, credit, or additional rescheduling will be provided.
If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. Sessions will generally end at the originally scheduled time out of respect for other clients.
5. VIP Programs & Multi-Month Packages
VIP programs are designed as a longer-term commitment and reserve space in my schedule over an extended period of time.
If you choose to cancel a VIP program before it has been completed, you may request a refund for any unused full month(s) remaining in your program.
For example:
If you purchase a three-month VIP program and choose to cancel during the second month, you may be eligible for a refund of the unused third month.
Time already reserved, sessions already provided, completed months, digital materials already delivered, and bonuses already accessed are non-refundable.
Refunds are calculated based on the value of the unused portion of the program and will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
If your VIP program includes payment plans, refunds will never exceed the amount you have already paid.
6. Payment Plans
Payment plans are offered as a convenience and do not reduce your financial commitment to the purchase.
By choosing a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments according to the payment schedule presented at checkout.
If a scheduled payment cannot be processed:

9. Promotions, Discounts & Gift Cards
Promotional pricing, discounts, coupon codes, and special offers cannot be applied retroactively to prior purchases unless specifically stated.
